Audio Experience makes all efforts to keep any information supplied by their customers completely confidential. Any information supplied by customers shall be kept confidential held only on company controlled servers and not disclosed or disseminated or discussed with any non-company, non-authorized personnel. Unless notified by customers all customer information shall be kept securely for the period of service while any payment information including credit card information shall be regularly destroyed for our customer’s security and protection. Note: all Audio Experience Dealers or Resellers may request Audio Experience keep their payment information for our records to accommodate repeat or future sales. Private Consumer information other than contact information shall be regularly destroyed.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to cancel or refuse any order for any reason at any stage of ordering including even after an order has been accepted and whether or not the order has been confirmed. Audio Experience will make all attempts at contact to advise of cancellation conditions or information required to avoid such action.
While Audio Experience makes every effort to ship any orders received same day, we are subject to the standard shipping conditions which all shipping companies apply. These include but are not limited to: time zones delays, daily ship time restrictions, individual state or country regulations and restrictions, stocking restrictions that may apply etc.
Audio Experience will supply full ship tracing notification(s) and tracking numbers as soon as possible after order receipt and/ or order dispatch.
For standard orders Audio Experience accepts most popular and available credit cards for customer convenience. Stocking Dealers or Distributors may request payment terms which will be granted upon approval of standard credit checks and approvals.

To obtain our AE limited Warranty Service
1. See full Warranty conditions below.
2. Contact firstname.lastname@example.org to obtain an RA (Returns Authorization number). They will review your service request, perhaps advice technical support to correct any problem,, and provide an RA# authorizing a product return. Note: please be advised that Audio Experience does not accept product returns without authorization.
3. Return and ship your AE product, freight prepaid both ways, to Audio Experience distribution center provided in our warranty (below).
4. Please ensure any return label contains the RA number you were issued as Audio Experience does not accept any product returns without that authorization number.

Product Specific Warranty
*Note, the Audio Experience 3 year Warranty applies only to Audio Experience Speaker products and not to other Audio Experience products including but not limited to accessories, amplifiers, constant voltage equipment and non-speaker products in the Audio Experience range of products. The company warranty on these non-speaker products is the standard 1 year parts and labor.
